Det händer i bland att någon gubbe kommer och kollar sin radiostyrda båtar i dammen tvärs över gatan. I dag kom en och jag hade kameran med mig på balkongen. Dammen är inte tillräckligt djup för segelbåtar men motorbåtar går bra.
